Drop off: At the bus turning point in Seatoller car park (toilets were open, pub was closed).
Parking: Somewhere else (Keswick?)
Weather: Sunny, calm with 2-3" soft to slushy snow, patches of deeper snow in high, north facing areas.

Hike 1: Scafell Pike

Total Participants: 15
The group was late back by ~30mins. This hike requires a swift pace to complete on a Sunday, and so a small fast group is required. Do not be tempted to let those you are unsure of participate in this hike.
Hike 2: Great Gable & Green Gable

Total Participants: 6
Completed in good time.
Hike 3: Glaramara & Allen Crags
Leader: JG, JM, MA
Total Participants: 15 Large group with lots of v-new people.
Slow pace, had to cut off part of route to get back in time.
Hike 4: Sour Milk Gill
Leaders: JC & GC
Total Paticipants: 3
Scramble. Completed in good time.
